www.germjuice.com is privately owned and  family operated by Black Light World. We are located in Central Kentucky just south of the famous Fort Knox Gold Depository. We have been in business since 1995. We have tested all products we sell and only sell  the best quality products. We value our reputation and value our customers. All products are guaranteed as stated within our policies.

Shipping Information

After your  order  has been placed it  will generally be processed & shipped the same day unless otherwise noted. Most orders are shipped UPS and on average take  3-5 working days to receive. It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct address for delivery. If you are a company please indicate the company first then attn to: with your name. Shipping charges are non refundable unless we created the error! Some items may be drop shipped directly from our manufacturer via UPS or another method. Should an item be on back order you will be notified in excess of 5 days. Because of  the fact that many items we sell are fragile we specially pack each order to the best of our ability avoid any damage. In the rare event  that  you receive  a damaged  product  we ask that you to contact us immediately and we will exchange the item with another.  Orders under $10 or 1 pound may not include tracking information.   If ordering near the holidays please allow extra shipping time. Orders placed after December 16th may not arrive by Christmas. Orders placed after October 10th may not arrive before Halloween.

Insurance Claims & Shipping Liability

germjuice.com cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen parcels. Insurance can be added for an additional fee if you so desire to purchase insurance. You must call in to add insurance to your order. It is not a selection on our web site.
We package & ship all of our products in accordance   with UPS & U.S. postal regulations. All packages are shipped via  UPS or Priority Mail at our discretion.
We provide Tracking & Delivery Confirmation numbers for most shipments. 
Blacklightworld.com  does not insure your package against damage or loss.
If your package is damaged, lost, stolen, etc., please contact the appropriate shipping company. 
Under no circumstances will we be liable for any damages or losses incurred during shipping.
Our liability ends the moment the package is picked up by the carrier (either UPS or USPS).
Any packages returned with an incorrect address will be shipped a 2nd time at the customers expense. We also charge a $6.00 RESHIP FEE which UPS charges us during the first package return in these situations. The 6.00 fee does not apply through the Post Office Service.

This 6.00 FEE is a NEW policy of UPS to reroute and investigate your real address which is then charged to us. We will then bill you for this charge for incorrect address situations. If the package is returned to us you will be charged this fee and S/H again, so please know your correct address to avoid this situation please!

Cancellation Of Order

Any order cancelled is subject to a 10% cancellation fee times the value the items cancelled. NO order is cancelable after it enters shipping process. Orders are processed in our system within 30 minutes of ordering. Any orders placed for quantity purchase returns will be subject to an Automatic 25% restocking fee. We highly recommend  against  quantity purchases if you do not know  the products capabilities  and  highly recommend the purchase of (1) Qty for your inspection before placing larger orders. Powders are not refundable!

Return Policy

On ALL products we have a 15 day from you receiving your order, return policy. Merchandise that is NOT returnable are, damage do to improper use, used items or items without  original packaging (if applicable). If you find  that there is  a defect in a product please email us or call for return authorization approval. Loose items must be returned in original condition. Return authorization must be given before sending any items back. Powders are not refundable and we ask to purchase a small quantity before making large purchases to insure you are fully satisfied with our products. 
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee if prior authorization is not given. Return items must be returned no later then 30 days after authorization is arranged to receive a credit. If you are dissatisfied with your products, please contact us via email to arrange a solution. We do not refund shipping charges unless we have caused the error in shipment. If you do notice an error in shipment, do not hesitate to call us and we will rectify the matter immediately. Our 15 day return policy is strictly upheld. Please open your package when received to insure you received all items and that they are in working order.

Direct Returns after authorization to:

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs on ALL returns are the responsibility of the customer. Items  should  be  insured  for  the  purchase value. No product will be shipped in a damaged state. If any damage has occurred during the shipping process, please contact us immediately so that we can make arrangements for the return of the item at no expense to you, as well as issuing a credit, refund, or replacement.

Placing an order

We currently are using PayPal to process online orders. PayPal is a well established, reputable company to  process your orders. We also take orders by phone if your uncomfortable using on-line ordering. Call to place an order at
(270) 524-5746 OR use our Fax Form and fax in your order. USA ONLY! We accept MasterCard, American Express, Visa, & Discover charge cards. If you would like to order off-line you may do so by printing out an order form and mailing it to us with a CASHIERS CHECK or MONEY ORDER. Our shipping & handling charges are listed on the form. We do not offer ANY credit at this time. You can also fax your order to us. If you provide us with a working email address your tracking info will be sent to you automatically. Or you can send us an email of what you would like to order along with Shipping and contact information. We will send you a total price and ticket number. You may then call us by phone and give us your Ticket number and Credit card information OR send us a cashiers check or money order. No personal checks please.

We only ship using our UPS account and do not bill 2nd & 3rd party billing.

Payment is due before your order can ship. If you do send us a purchase order we will forward an invoice and hold order until payment is received. If you send a purchase order we will send you your bill and hold your order until we receive payment.

Black Light World shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, monetary loss or expenses arising from the use or inability to use the products we sell for any purpose whatsoever. Only such warranties as are made by the manufacturer of the goods are available to the buyer. By purchasing these products from Black Light World, the consumer recognizes that these products are manufactured for specific safety and entertainment purposes and reasonable care, caution and supervision should be exercised in their use.
